HOiSUM
HOiSUM products are created by combining traditional techniques, vintage machines, and carefully selected materials. Our craftsmen’s passion for their work remains at the heart of every piece.
The brand name is a coined word: “Hoi” means a greeting, and “Sum” means heart. Each encounter begins with a greeting, and when hearts connect, meaningful moments are born. We strive to create products that stay close to people’s hearts and foster these heartwarming connections.
YASIMA (Japan Craft Reimagined)
Founded by a necktie manufacturer in 1909, YASIMA expresses Japanese aesthetics for the next generation. Named after the ancient term for Japan, it embodies “Heritage with Eyes on the Future”—blending tradition and innovation through seven elements: origin, material, technique, spirit, tradition, modernity, and sensibility.
Sustaina Couture by Brijean (Japan Craft Reimagined)
Born from Brijan, a women’s atelier established in 1971, Sustaina Couture transforms vintage kimonos into modern designs. Blending tradition with sustainability, it reinterprets Japanese textile culture and preserves the artistry, beauty, and spirit of craftsmanship for future generations.

mu-no (Japan Craft Reimagined)
Born from the traditional furoshiki, mu-no is a versatile wrapping cloth named for its origin: “tsutsumu,” meaning “to wrap.” Easy to use, silent, and reusable, it’s an eco-friendly everyday item. Each piece features hand-printed fabric from a Kyoto dye studio and is carefully sewn by our team. A truly unique product that embodies the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship.

Reinterpreting the traditional doll-making technique from Japan’s Edo era, which spanned the 17th to 19th centuries, KAKINUMA TOKO fuses refined craftsmanship, traditional fabrics, and modern design sensibility. Established in 1949, GOLDREAM KYOTO specializes in gold leaf gilding for Kyoto Buddhist altars and cultural heritage restoration. Handed down since 1185, the Kyoto gilding technique demands years of training and precision, preserving Japan’s traditional craftsmanship for future generations

Blending traditional geta craftsmanship with modern wellness, GETALS redefines comfort and balance. ICHIKUDO is a printing company with a history of 116 years, headquartered in Tsukiji, Tokyo. We handle all processes in-house—from prototyping to printing, bookbinding, and paper carton production—and create original products using specialized printing and processing techniques.

TAKADA TAWASHI
Tawashi are traditional brushes made from windmill palm fibers, used in Japan for centuries to clean pots and dishes. For nearly seventy years, Takada artisans have handcrafted each brush using carefully selected fibers from trees grown in Wakayama Prefecture.
Despite their sturdy appearance, our brushes are remarkably soft—gentle enough for bathing, yet strong enough to scrub fruits and vegetables, providing a pleasant, invigorating sensation on the skin.

ZENCOCORO incense kindles the spirit of Zen, offering calm and inner tranquility amidst busy daily life.
Handcrafted by the fourth-generation owner of a 114-year-old Buddhist altarware shop in Wakayama, over 80% of the materials are natural and sourced within 20km of the workshop.
Made entirely in-house with no synthetic fragrances, petroleum-derived, or animal ingredients, ZENCOCORO features a patented design for safe use even in earthquake- and tsunami-prone regions.

Oranger Co., Ltd. is a factory brand born from a sewing workshop in Wakayama, where craftsmanship has been honed for over half a century.
We operate two brands, “dadada” and “nu,” valuing both the sewing techniques we have refined and the care we put into the people who wear our products.
Both brands share a commitment to everyday comfort. From careful material selection to meticulous stitching, we create items that quietly accompany and enrich daily life.
KITOTE
KITOTE’s Shoji screens are celebrated worldwide, winning awards in three regions.
The name combines the Japanese words “Ki” (Wood) and “Te” (Hands), reflecting both the material and the craftsmanship.

At Taiyo Group, we have been researching PET bottle recycling for over 30 years. From this work, we developed Rebirth, a sustainable, highly heat-resistant material with a recycling rate of over 80%.
Each mug is made from roughly four post-consumer PET bottles.
Rebirth is also highly functional: safe for microwaves and dishwashers, with excellent water-repellent properties.

PICUS
Picus started their business in 2009 to provide products that attracts many users who are long-time users regardless of trend. The “Pure Brass” series such as the card cases, and trays were launched in 2011.
Now Picus makes original designs mainly focusing on desktop items made of pure brass, pure copper, and stainless steel for users to be able to feel and enjoy the texture and secular change.

Tokyo-based stationary brand Craft Design Technology was not named haphazardly. The company exists at the apex of its three named elements, with stationary products existing at their intersection, namely, perfect symbioses of craft, design and technology.

The start-to finish- handmade process of Hirota Glass makes for the highest quality possible and the total artistry expresses a sense of warmth when touched or seen on the dining table. Healing traditional crafts that are close to daily life In Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, we manufacture and sell various metal arts and crafts, including traditional crafts Takaoka copperware. A metal product made by pouring molten metal into a mold, cooling it to harden it, and then removing it from the mold is called casting. We have been making casting products such as zodiac figurines, various figurines, incense burners, and incense stands that are close to you and can watch over you for more than half a century.

HARIO started in 1921 as the “King of Glass” which means HARIO in Japanese, and runs Japan’s only heat resistant glass factory.
Since then, HARIO has been Japan’s leading heat resistant glassware industry in the kitchen ware, coffee, tea, and other fields of the market.
Asakano-gama
Founded around 1700 in the middle of the Edo period. It is a kiln of Obori Soma ware, a traditional craft of Fukushima, Japan. In 2011, due to the nuclear accident, we moved to Koriyama City, Fukushima prefecture. And in a new land, we use local clay to create new products that are different from the past. Recently, we have been exploring the possibilities of new craft genres by combining other local crafts in the region. We are not aiming for products that are trendy but products that have lasting values. With this idea in mind, we are developing unique products.

Iwaki Takahashi
Established in Aug. 2010, Iwaki Takahashi is a company that upcycles thinned Cedar in Iwaki, Fukushima prefecture into multiple products, such as waribashi (disposable chopsticks) and pencils. All leftover wood and used disposable chopsticks from the manufacturing process are burned in a wood-fired boiler, converted into heat, and used to dry new disposable chopsticks. We work very hard day after day, and aim for “A disposable chopstick production method that is good for the environment and its people”
